Yooper John's SKS - Battle rifle of many nations

SECTION  45:  In this section I will try to show the pictures of an unaltered Russian 1950 (late manufacture) SKS. The only purpose of this page is to help make the collector aware that differences do occur and about anything could be possible. These are ALL from my personal observations and not from any books.  Photos courtesy of Bob Hanes.

Non Refurbished 1950.  This is a fairly hard to find variant since most went through the rebuild process along with the 1949 made one. 

This is a late year manufacturer with a Hardwood stock w/cartouche, 45 degree gas block.  NICE SKS.
